Hi, I'm Nicki.

I help guide women home to themselves, helping them find stillness beneath life’s waves and peace within the ebb and flow of everyday life.

Still Waters is a space to return to yourself. I guide women to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover the calm beneath life’s constant motion. Whether through yoga, retreats, or simple daily rituals, my work invites you to come home to your body, your breath, and your truth — to remember that peace isn’t found by escaping the waves, but by learning to be still beneath them.

RYT200 Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance,  Fearlessly Transform Breath and Contrast Therapy  with International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine and International Breathwork Foundation, Kasama Wellness Sound Training Certificate.
